Reviews First, I would like to respond regarding my purchase. The Cross Pen was absolutely beautiful. I had it engraved and it looked even better than I had hoped it would. It was an excellent selection, which would not have occurred without the assistance of the wonderful salesman that was alert and attentive while I shopped your store. Next, I would like to say that I have every intention of continuing to shop at your stores main location on Woodward. The environment is not only warm and friendly, but it is also convenient in location. I will definitely be in for my holiday gift giving excursion. Finally, after my purchase I was so pleased that I have been bragging about your stores selection of items, quality, and reasonable pricing. I'm sure many friends will stop by to shop in the future. I was impressed with
everything about your service! I felt like it was very personalized and
I received everything very quickly. When I ordered something that was
no longer available you replaced it with a better quality item for the
same price – however, you called me before you sent it to make sure it
was okay to substitute. Every person I talked to their was extremely
courteous and helpful. Keep up the great work! I will definitely
